When you apply for a job with Hello, we’re who you’ll talk with first. With a combined 50 years experience here, we know the Hello culture inside and out. We love to meet candidates who believe in our Core Values, who seek flexibility and adventure, and who can maintain professionalism and a sense of humor in the face of any challenge.

The Hello Foundation is committed to employing a diverse workforce. Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or disability.

We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.

At Hello, flexibility is a two-way street. We’re looking for clinicians who are flexible in their approach to their work, but we also offer tremendous workplace flexibility. Whether you’re looking for a schedule that lets you pick up your child from school or a commute-free existence, we’re committed to finding the best fit for you. Watch the video to see some of the ways our clinicians make the most of their options!

Service to kids, their families, and their school districts can’t be approached from a one-size-fits-all perspective. That’s why we’re always on the lookout for clinicians who are compelled by curiosity, who are comfortable getting uncomfortable, and who are up for a little adventure every once in a while. Sara gives us a glimpse of what that looks like 30 miles north of the Arctic Circle.

    We Got This

Challenges force us to stretch and grow and change whether we want to or not, and often prompt us to reflect on where we’ve been and contemplate where we’re going next. The 2020-2021 school year may feel daunting and uncertain. We don’t have all of the answers. But we are here, we are together, and we have hope. No matter what happens next, we’re going to be ok. So, whether it’s exclaimed as a rallying cry, reassuringly stated when others are wavering, or whispered in quiet comfort during a difficult moment, this year, we’ll be saying “We Got This.”

Tooting Our Own Horn
